Right after the Summer Solstice we use the long days and early rising sun to practice. It's where the energy is at it's peak naturally - in summer.
But here's what I've noticed: most of us don't actually use it. We let summer happen around us - the long evenings, the warm mornings - without ever really stepping into that energy ourselves.
This is what 21 Days of Kundalini is for.
